You want the very best from your community health services, and to make sure we deliver the best we listen carefully to all your comments, concerns, complaints and compliments – and respond to them.
We also ask for local people’s views when we’re developing new services or making changes to existing ones, so that we always offer the services you need, where, when and how you want them.
There are many ways you can make your voice heard at CityCare, and it’s really easy.
You can use our feedback form if you just want to send us an idea or suggestion, you can fill in satisfaction surveys when you’ve received our care, or there are different advisory groups you can join.
Join the Patient Experience Group
CityCare’s Patient Experience Group meets every 6 weeks at Nottingham Community and Voluntary Service (NCVS) on Mansfield Road (opposite House of Fraser). Staff, patients, service users, carers and the public meet to discuss health issues. This includes ideas and suggestions for service improvements and new developments. The group feeds directly into the CityCare Board.
Members of the group are involved in a number of ways, from attending other meetings as patient representatives, helping us undertake inspections of our services and many more ways.
Individual patients and carers using our services, members of the public, voluntary and community groups are welcome to join us.
Join our CityCare Members Panel
The panel is open to patients, carers, members of the public and organisations. Although there are no regular meetings, panel members will be invited to take part in surveys, consultations and meetings to help develop services.
Equality and Diversity
It is important our patient involvement activities reflect the diversity of groups inNottingham. We proactively encourage the involvement of people from different disability, ethnic, religious, age, gender, sexual orientation and lifestyle groups. We aim to address any barriers that prevent your involvement.
