App-y Days Ahead for New Parents in Nottingham

MUMS and dads-to-be in Nottingham are set to benefit from a new, personalised smart phone app designed to help them during pregnancy and the first stages of parenthood. The Baby Buddy app, produced by the child health charity Best Beginnings, has already been introduced in other areas of the country with a positive response. Now Small Steps Big Changes (SSBC) - a Big Lottery funded project to better the lives of 0 to three year olds in Aspley, Bulwell, St Ann’s and the Arboretum - is bringing Baby Buddy to Nottingham.

Small Steps Big Changes – Picnic in the Park

Over 35 families attended the recent SSBC picnic in the park, including dads, grandparents and children of various ages. Families could access a healthy picnic lunch along with some fun activities for all ages including face painting, an under 5s activity area, craft and outdoor games. CityCare wins contract to run new Urgent Care Centre
