Eatwell courses run over six weeks, for two hours a week, showing you how to create inspiring new dishes and offering hand hints and tips. There are a choice of locations to choose from.

Sessions include:

• Cooking together and adapting recipes

• Advice and support to improve your diet

• Foods that won’t break the bank

• Friendly group sessions

Sessions are suitable for everyone over 18.

Courses are also available for families, for people with diabetes and for all cultures. Don’t worry if you can’t cook, you’ll soon be able to with our help!
