The Long Service Awards is an established and valued part of Nottingham CityCare’s approach to recognising and celebrating the commitment, loyalty and contribution of our workforce.
The event provides an opportunity for senior leaders to formally thank staff for their sustained contribution, recognising key service milestones of 20, 30 and 40 years.
Beyond recognition, the Long Service Awards play an important role in supporting CityCare’s wider strategic priorities. They reinforce our organisational values of kindness, respect, trust and honesty; contribute to staff engagement and retention.
Recent ceremonies have brought colleagues together to celebrate achievements, share personal reflections, and strengthen organisational pride and connection.
