Nottingham CityCare Partnership CIC (CityCare) is a leading provider of NHS community services in Nottingham.

The services are provided by a range of dedicated health professionals in a range of settings – from GP Practices, health centres, Joint Service Centres such as The Mary Potter Centre and Clifton Cornerstone, Children’s Centres and in people’s own homes.

At CityCare our aim is to provide better health and complete care; owned and delivered locally.

Most services are accessed through a referral from your GP or other health professional, and more information can be found in 'Your Services' on this website.
