Your views are important to us. We look to be guided by the thoughts and experiences of the community we serve. There are many ways you can play a part in helping our organisation deliver even more to improve patient care and community health.

Join the Patient Experience Group

CityCare's Patient Experience Group meets once a quarter at CityCare Exchange, Alfreton Road, Nottingham, NG7 3NW. Staff, patients, service users, carers and the public meet to discuss health issues. This includes ideas and suggestions for service improvements and new developments. The group contributes directly into the CityCare Board.
Members of the group are involved in a number of ways, from attending other meetings as patient representatives, helping us undertake inspections of our services and many more ways.
Individual patients and carers using our services, members of the public, voluntary and community groups are welcome to join us.

Join our CityCare Members Panel

The panel is open to patients, carers, members of the public and organisations. Although there are no regular meetings, panel members will be invited to take part in surveys, consultations and meetings to help develop services.

Equality and Diversity

It is important our patient involvement activities reflect the diversity of groups in Nottingham.  We proactively encourage the involvement of people from different disability, ethnic, religious, age, gender, sexual orientation and lifestyle groups. We aim to address any barriers that prevent your involvement.
