Nottingham CityCare Partnership has today unveiled its Strategy 2025–2030, setting out a bold vision to deliver safer, more personalised care and strengthen community health across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
The five-year strategy focuses on driving excellence in neighbourhood health and is built around four key ambitions:
- Our Care – Delivering safe, effective, person-centred care
- Our People – Creating a great place to work, grow and succeed
- Our Organisation – Building strong foundations for long-term success
- Our Community & Partners – Collaborating to improve population health outcomes
Dr Nicole Atkinson, Chief Executive of Nottingham CityCare Partnership, said:
“This strategy is more than a document; it’s a commitment to making a difference every day. It reflects the voices of our staff, patients, carers, and partners. Together, we will bring health and care closer to home, embrace innovation, and tackle health inequalities head-on.”
The strategy aligns with the NHS Long Term Plan and the priorities of the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System. It includes a strong focus on prevention, digital innovation, and workforce wellbeing.
What’s Next
Nottingham CityCare will roll out a series of webinars, and team briefings to engage staff and partners in bringing the strategy to life. A dedicated intranet hub and public-facing web page will provide resources, videos, and opportunities for feedback.
