Nottingham CityCare Partnership, the biggest provider of community health services in Nottingham, has appointed Judith Douglas as Director of Nursing, Allied Health Professionals and Quality.

Judith qualified as a nurse in 1988, She has a background in oncology and palliative care and has worked at senior levels across the NHS in a range of settings including in hospitals, community and mental health as well as the ambulance service. She initially joined Nottingham CityCare in November 2023 on an interim basis.

Lou Bainbridge, Chief Executive, said: “Judith is well known and respected in the NHS and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience which will be invaluable to us."

My focus will be to build on quality improvement, transformation and preparing and leading us through our next inspection by the Care Quality Commission."
