Meet the second half of our 2025 Celebrating Success Annual Staff Award winners.

This afternoon, 18 August, marked the second and final Celebrating Success Annual Staff Award 2025 presentation, rounding off a season of staff recognition and appreciation. The presentation was held as part of CityCare's monthyl Board meeting.t our very own Aspect House, with CityCare’s board members in attendance.

Four of our remaining five Celebrating Success Award winners attended the presentation this time to receive their award, accompanied by their manager and a colleague of their choice. One of our winners chose to invite their mother join this recognition, wishing for her to witness this special moment in her career. This range of peer and personal support created a warm and lively atmosphere at the event.

“The Celebrating Success Annual Staff Awards are more than just a ceremony—they’re a heartfelt recognition of the compassion, innovation, and excellence that our staff bring to their roles every single day. These awards shine a light on the individuals and teams who go above and beyond to make a real difference in our community, and I’m incredibly proud to celebrate their achievements and am honoured to have been able to be a part of this year’s event for the first time.”
