This year’s Annual Celebrating Success Staff Awards have seen an incredible response, with a record-breaking 230 nominations submitted - an outstanding testament to the dedication and excellence of our colleagues.
The Leadership and Teams received the most nominations, recognising those who inspire and drive success across CityCare. Meanwhile, the Making a Difference category led the way with over 50 nominations, celebrating individuals who truly go above and beyond.
Two award categories were open to nominations from the public, with the Outstanding Contribution to Patient Safety Award and the Outstanding Contribution to Improving Patient Experience.
All 10 categories received a strong number of submissions, leaving judges with plenty to consider.

Our judging panel will now carefully review all entries before coming together for shortlisting on 13 May.
