The awards shine a spotlight on the dedication, compassion, innovation and teamwork demonstrated across our organisation. They provide a chance for colleagues to acknowledge the outstanding contributions of individuals and teams whose hard work, commitment and high-quality care have had a positive impact on patients, service users, colleagues and communities.
Every nomination is inspired by our organisational values and behaviours, recognising those who truly embody what CityCare stands for. As part of the judging process, nominees are assessed on how they demonstrate these values in their work.
