CityCare is delighted to announce the appointment of Lisa Kelly as our new Non-Executive Director. Lisa joins us with a wealth of experience, having served as Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer at some of the UK’s largest and most complex NHS provider organisations.
Lisa is recognised for her values-led leadership and her unwavering commitment to improving patient care, system performance, and organisational culture. Her journey began on the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme and has since included senior roles at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, and Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Trust, among others.
Reflecting on her appointment, Lisa said:

With her extensive board-level experience, Lisa Kelly will focus on business development, transformation, and culture change—broadening the expertise of our Board. Her leadership style is collaborative and inclusive, always prioritising patient safety, effectiveness, and experience.
