Last month, we launched our new five-year strategy, Delivering Excellence in Neighbourhood Health. This bold plan sets out how we will continue to make a difference every day to the health and wellbeing of our communities. Today, I’m delighted to spotlight our third strategic ambition – Our Organisation.

What does ‘Our Organisation’ mean?

To deliver outstanding care, we need an organisation that is resilient, innovative, and sustainable and so this isl all about building strong foundations for long-term success This ambition focuses on strengthening our systems, embracing digital transformation, and ensuring we have the right resources and governance to support our teams and services.

Our priorities include:

  • Optimising resources so we can invest where it matters most.
  • Driving digital innovation to improve efficiency and enhance patient experience.
  • Embedding robust governance and financial stewardship to ensure sustainability.
  • Championing social enterprise principles so we continue to reinvest in our communities.

By focusing on these areas, we will create an organisation that empowers staff, supports innovation, and delivers value for the people we serve.
